De gravure werd in 1814 gepubliceerd in R. Ackermanns beroemde \u2018History of Oxford\u2019 en is met de hand ingekleurd. De afmetingen zijn 30 bij 25 cm. De gravure toont een academische figuur die het rijke wetenschappelijke erfgoed van Oxford weerspiegelt.<\/p>\n<p>De gravure toont fijne details en levendige kleuren, die de sfeer van het academische leven in het begin van de 19e eeuw perfect weergeven.
