Alle bestellingen worden op de eerstvolgende werkdag verzonden.\nWanneer u een bestelling plaatst, ontvangt u automatisch een bevestigingsmail dat uw bestelling door onze e-mailserver is ontvangen.\nZodra wij hebben gecontroleerd dat het item op voorraad is en is verzonden, ontvangt u een schriftelijke bevestiging.\nU kunt ons altijd telefonisch of per e-mail contacteren bij vragen.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>Verzendkosten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Nederland: \u20ac7,50<\/li>\n<li>Europese Unie: \u20ac15<\/li>\n<li>Buiten de EU: verzendkosten op aanvraag (neem contact op voor een exacte prijs)<\/li>\n<li>Bestellingen boven \u20ac100: gratis verzending binnen de EU<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nVerzending van bestelde items is op risico van de koper. Verzekerde verzending is mogelijk op aanvraag; neem contact met ons op voor een prijsopgave.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>Verpakking<\/h2>\n<p>\nWij gebruiken verschillende verpakkingsmethoden afhankelijk van het type item.\nKaarten worden doorgaans plat verzonden of in speciaal op maat gemaakte verzendkokers om veilig transport te garanderen.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>Retourbeleid<\/h2>\n<p>\nAlle aankopen kunnen binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst worden geretourneerd voor een volledige terugbetaling van het aankoopbedrag, exclusief verzendkosten.\nItems moeten worden geretourneerd via aangetekende post of koerier en in dezelfde staat verkeren als waarin zij onze galerie hebben verlaten.\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Indien u een item wilt retourneren, volg dan deze stappen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neem eerst telefonisch of per e-mail contact met ons op om de retourzending aan te melden.
